How orders and payment work

Place an order request and we will email you a payment link or bank transfer details. No money is taken when you place a request.

Account identity, manuscript enquiries, uploaded files, order requests and activity records are stored to operate the workspace. Staff access is controlled on the server. Do not upload third-party confidential materials without permission.

Commercial terms, delivery commitments, refund terms and the final legal entity details must be approved before customer launch.
